Our founders, Grant and Matthew, first met more than 12 years ago while working on a cross-functional creative project. Grant came from a background in graphic design, while Matthew brought his experience in broadcast TV production, including time spent at the BBC and ITV. Their unique blend of design and storytelling quickly became the foundation for a strong creative collaboration - and a lasting friendship.

Over the years, they’ve produced hundreds of videos together, from high-energy marketing campaigns and brand films to strategic internal communications and engaging learning and development content.
